Don Hinds Ford in Fishers, IN is seeking qualified applicants with Automotive Sales Experience to join our Internet Sales Team! Internet sales are the future in our industry and we are looking for the perfect addition to our team who loves selling vehicles and changing lives!

Minimum Qualifications:

Automotive Sales Experience is REQUIRED
Self-Motivated
Patient with our customers and their questions
Reliable
Upbeat personality/outgoing
Proficient computer skills for typing and working on the internet
High school graduate
Satisfactory employment references
Pass background check and drug screening
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be 18 year of age or older

Responsibilities:

Answer and serve new incoming internet sales leads from start to finish - lead to sale & beyond
Record personalized videos for new Internet inquires
Live chat via video with customers on our website
Set solid appointments for test drives and trade appraisals
Provide product knowledge to the customer
Vehicle walk arounds - in person and remotely via video or live chat
Negotiate sales
Follow up with and provide great customer service to our large customer base
